GIRLS GROUP
Every fortnight, Wednesday afternoons are set aside for girls aged 10 to 14 years. At each session we create a new craft, or explore a new style of art. Group members are given a sketch book where we learn new doodles and calming zentangles to practice at home.
When: Fortnightly Wednesdays 3.30- 5pm.
Cost: $40 per person or NDIS Group rate

We have created a fun and inspiring environment for clients to engage in creative activities that teach the benefit of using art to promote a healthy mind set.
Creative activities encourage Emotional Regulation by blending mindful crafts, gentle guidance within an inspiring calm environment.
Susan uses a wide variety of mediums to connect with each person: Water colour and acrylic painting, mixed media collage, jewellery making, mosaics, stitching, journalling, drawing and mindful neurographic art. If a client has a particular creative style they would like to explore, Susan is happy to create a program to meet their individual needs.
Creative Activities are available in an individual or small group setting and are a great way to promote social skills, develop flexible thinking and problem-solving skills while in a safe environment. Creative Activities can be helpful for mindfulness, relaxation and general well-being.
Sessions are available for adults and children over 10 years old.
