At Family Matters we strive to provide respectful, compassionate and caring services to all of our clients.
Located conveniently on the main street of Stanthorpe, we aim to meet the needs of our community by offering services that are trauma informed, neurodivergent friendly and safe spaces for our LGBTQI+ community members.
Our team of staff all have the same values and aim to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere to discuss your needs.
Meet our New Therapy Assistant

Bre has been a valuable part of our Creativity Matters team for a while now, and has been studying a Bachelor of Counselling behind the scenes. Now stepping into our new Therapy Assistant role, Bre will be available to work with Counselling clients on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Your initial appointment will be with Darryl and Bre, and then Bre will be able to see you for sessions at a discounted Therapy Assistant rate. Bre comes with a wealth of skills and lived experience and we're super excited to have her support our community in this way. This service will be available for both Private and NDIS funded clients.
